Telemarketing Agent

FUNCTIONS

The Telemarketing Agent is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads through outbound calling.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new opportunities via telephone, email and social networks to demand generation in the Technology field.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in Company's CRM ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1-3 years telemarketing and/or outbound telesales experience.
  • Experience in the IT industry would be an advantage
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • A proven track record in relation building and social networking.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and able to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Native French, English, German, Italian, Dutch OR Swedish 
  • Good level of English if native in other languages.
