Sales Intern


The position of a Fall Sales Intern is responsible for developing or assisting our team of Sales Consultants in developing new business. As part of our driven and ambitious sales team, you will be expected to work hard in exchange for a highly supportive and efficient structure. This position is a great opportunity to learn and develop a sales career. This is a paid internship in Waltham, Massachusetts. 


  • Prospect and client research utilizing web searches, trade show lists, referrals, professional directors and personal investigation
  • Develop spreadsheets for prospect targeting and managing lead database
  • Assist in cold calling, setting meetings and more
  • Participate in sales team training
  • Research and understand industries that Aberdeen markets to as well as competitors within the space
  • Step and handle special projects or requests when required


  • Student pursuing a BA/BS degree from an accredited university
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated, responsible, proactive, and committed to task
  • Works well under pressure
  • Effective time management skills
